BY MCKENZIE MALANAPHY A popular staple of French Market visitors, the Saigon Sisters street food emporium has expanded, which means bigger and better things for fans of their popular pho and Vietnamese baguette sandwiches (banh mi). The Sisters, Mary Nguyen Aregoni, Theresa Nguyen and Mama Suu, recently introduced a new full-service restaurant in West Loop on Lake Street, just a few blocks north of the original Randolph Street location.
